Monica Frede has served as an HR Strategic Consultant and HR Manager at several Fortune 1000 companies, including ManpowerGroup and Quad/Graphics. Keri Ohlrich is the CEO of Abbracci Group, she worked in leadership positions at EcoSense Lighting, Quad/Graphics, ManpowerGroup, Exxceed, and others, and she holds several degrees including a PhD in Human Development and Organizational Systems. The Way of the HR Warrior is their first book.
