Though the collar design itself was quite cute.. There were a couple “lacking” elements. Firstly, Aesthetic & Practicality-wise; the rather Hard, Unyielding, Square, Black Clasp/Closure.. Mm, NO. Not only is it rather unpleasing to the eye (especially in comparison & regards to the lack of congruency with the Sharper/More Attractive Collar Designs).. BUT; It is Very Hard, On Larger Side-height/width wise (in relation to average Cats’ Neck Size), & Unyielding in form (Straight across- No contouring w/natural curvature of Cat’s anatomy/rounded neck area). [My Cat’s last collar.. Pictured Below.. had a differently designed clasp & Buckle Area that made ALL the difference- VERY Animal Friendly & Still Functional.. Unfortunately; Had to order it from Australia.] Was HOPING to find “local” market to order. Furthermore; The fabric used to make the collar was EXTREMELY Stiff & ‘Unforgiving’. My Cat HATED it, INSTANTLY. I SO Wished & Hoped the fabric would soften &/or He would ‘get used to it’, But; NO DICE. From the Very Start, EVERY Time I managed to get the collar around His neck.. Within MINUTES; He’d return to me “Naked as a Little Jaybird”. So; Our Consensus: Cute, But: NO!
