Q: Can you put the sensor in the freezer?
A: The remote sensor can only go down to -4 F.

Q: approx how long will the batteries last on the main inside unit. I have another brand and it eats betteries avery three to four months.
A: We expect batteries to last 6-8 months in normal conditions. If it is setup in a colder climate it will be less.

Q: I want to monitor humidity in my crawl space from my living room. Can this device do it if I put my remote sensor there?
A: Hello, Yes, you will be able to monitor the temperature and humidity in the crawl space with the remote sensor. The remote sensor does not have to be used outdoors, it can be setup in any location you want to monitor.
