Q: is there a pouring spout, as shown on the product photo? I was considering this last night when the closest instock store was closed. But the in-stock store actually did not have it. Annoying.
A: There is no spout on the bottle, the stopper has 2 indents that allows the pour to come out.

A: This is a double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel bottle, so the interior is made of stainless steel.

Q: How long can it keep hot water hot?
A: Hello! If used properly (bottle is filled up to capacity with very hot starting temperature), water will stay hot for up to 12 hours.

Q: Can this be used to keep drinks cold?
A: Yes it can, please make sure to fill the entire bottle with your cold beverage (you can also add some ice cubes to keep it cold for longer).
