I’ve been wanting to take a probiotic for a while now since I experience a lot of bloating after I eat. I take one sometimes two before dinner and I do feel like it helps get things moving. I’m hoping the probiotics make it to my gut. The pill is very easy to swallow even though it’s a big. There is no aftertaste or anything and it doesn’t upset my stomach either. I take it with a full glass of water.

I do not have diagnosed digestive issues, but I do experience occasional bloating and discomfort after eating certain foods. I tried Bio-Gest, but I didn't experience a noticeable difference than what I had been using before. Unfortunately, this product wasn't a good fit for me.

I recently started having lots of gas and bloating and I tried this product. Seems like my stomach and intestines have calmed themselves down, so I'm happy with them. However, it's difficult for me to swallow these large pills, so I took off one star.

I’ve tried a couple of different probiotics over the years, and in comparison I have no complaints! This supplement does what it needs to do and works well. I can’t say I really noticed anything that stood out against the competition, but it is a product I wouldn’t hesitate to reach for in the vitamin aisle

I’ve only been taking these a few days now. No major changes that I’ve noticed. It doesn’t cut my appetite too much but I don’t eat an entire meal. I can only eat about half and I don’t get hungry again until in the evening.

These did nothing for me. After almost every meal no matter how much or how little I eat, I end up bloated. I was hoping these would help digest the food so that I wouldn't have as much or any bloating but they did nothing to help. The pills are a normal size and were easy to take so i may just keep trying them longer to see if I notice any change

I've suffered from IBS for a couple of years now and have always struggled with digestion, gas and uncomfortable bloating. I've been able to control my triggers but your body can always react badly towards foods you never thought it could. I am hoping these pills will help with managing this. After taking it for about a week, I can't say there's been any immediate changes that I've noticed. I do sometimes struggle with getting the pill down as it's a bit bigger than I'd like, but the size is no different than a lot of probiotic and other digestive pills that are out there. I'm hoping to see more results but I am hopeful for it!

I am in my 40s and recently had trouble with bloating after eating more carbs, and indigestion after having red meats. After taking 1 capsule of Biogest together with meal, the digestion is better and the bloating is going away. It works! I noticed it’s less effective if taken after meal, so I suggest to take it together with your meal for better effectiveness.

The Thorne Bio-Gest digestive enzymes helped with processing my meals much better. They contain simple ingredients that aid in breaking down food and allowing your body to handle your meals better. The capsules are average size but easy to swallow for me. You just take 1-2 capsules with your meal. Personally, I noticed it helped me after the first day of use. This bottle gives you 90 in it. They really helped me.

It says it's gluten free, soy free, but what it DOESN'T day is that two of the ingredients (pancreatin and pepsin) are porcine. As in, derived from pork. Which means they are neither kosher nor halal, and while I'm neither Jewish nor Muslim, my gut doesn't react well to pork products at all, so the very thing these supplements are supposed to help with might not actually help me at all. It's just not a risk I'm willing to take, and had I known (the full label wasn't available to me when ordering), I would have skipped it.

I tried these digestive enzyme tablets for the first time when my digestive system was out of whack and I was totally surprised that they seemed to work almost immediately to restore balance. Now I take them with almost every meal and I feel confident that my digestive health is benefiting. They are a bit hard to swallow, however, at least for me, but I found that if I take them with a little milk, they go down much easier.

This product was not for me but then maybe I haven’t taken it long enough. I have stomach issues so again probably not the right fit for me. If you have issues swallowing pills then these are going to be a problem for you as they are rather large.

I have been plagued with a sensitive stomach my whole life so naturally I’m always looking for products to help relieve my everyday indigestion. Despite having several food sensitivities and knowing what foods I need to avoid, I still have the occasional bloated stomach and gas pains. I was skeptical when I first started this product since nothing really works for me. I think I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now and I can say that I haven’t been plagued with indigestion or gas the entire time. So I think it works! The only reason why I didn’t give this 5 stars is because they taste HORRIBLE and I have to drink something immediately to help me swallow it down. Believe me, you do not want these capsules to linger more than a nanosecond on your tongue.
