This product made my stomach upset after just a few days of taking. I later checked with my pharmacy and found out that Zinc interferes/causes a negative reaction with a medication I’m currently taking.

This is my first time hearing of and trying the brand. The capsules are clear and normally sized. I have experienced no upset stomach from taking this so far. I like that it has a very short list of inactive ingredients.

I wanted to give my immune system a boost this cold & flu season, so I've added this zinc to my daily routine. On top of that, I recently had an unexpected surgery. The capsules were easy to swallow with no aftertaste, and I'm healing quicker than I anticipated.

I take zinc whenever I first feel myself beginning to get sick. I normally take pills, this is my first time taking a capsule. I will probably stick with capsules from here on out. They are much easier to swallow and doesn't have the nasty taste that pill vitamins have. The Throne Zinc is on the smaller side for a capsule, which I appreciate.

The zinc tablets arrived as described. I have been taking them for three weeks now. I highly recommend taking with food. The tablets are a good size, not a horse size. They are easy to swallow. I take zinc to keep my immune system healthy. I believe this is a great product and will be purchasing again.

I have used these vitamins as directed for about 10 days and I have no issue's. No tummy aches like with others. I am going to finish this bottle and buy another because zinc is important for me. These are great for me so far.

So zinc bisglycinate is supposed to support general wellness, promote healthy connective tissue, and help maintain eye and reproductive health. I’ve taken this supplement for a few weeks and honestly I haven’t noticed any difference, for better or worse, in my general health. I’m not a medical professional so I don’t feel I can really quantify if it has improved anything else. Have I used it long enough to reap any benefits? Who knows. Based on how I’m feeling while taking it I don’t think I’ll bother with another bottle of this supplement.

I liked that I only had to take once per day and without food. The capsules were small enough to swallow with minimal water or liquid. At sixty capsules per bottle, I felt that I didn’t need to buy so often.

I take zinc always at the first sign of feeling run down. This worked great to help me feel my best/ward off any potential illness. Admittedly I could not tell any difference between this or any other zinc I have ever taken but if it works that's all that matters.

I needed something extra for my body after my operation.I had no apetite after my hernia operation and noticed i was eating spareingly. I thought this Zinc Bisglycinate would provide extra protein I was missing in my diet and it is easy on the stomach lining.

These pills are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad taste to them. They are supposed to help with general wellness, however, it’s hard to tell how much they are actually working. I do think they have a good affect on my face. It seems clearer. Overall, for the price, I feel it is a good purchase.
