Q: How in the crazy world do you play this game other than throwing burritos everywhere!

submitted by 6thgrader - 7 years ago
  • A: Do you really need anything else except throwing burritos at siblings? ;)

submitted byTortilla slinger - 7 years ago
  • A: Check out their explainer video: https://throwthrowburrito.com/how-to-play

submitted byfeartheburrito - 7 years ago

Q: Will my little kids (6 & 9) get hurt throwing these burritos at each other, or are we going to end up with broken lamps etc?

submitted by Melissa - 7 years ago
  • A: No one will get hurt by the burritos themselves as they are made of foam. However, the usual risk of running, hiding and dodging is still there. I don't see broken lamps necessarily, but if anything is light enough, it could get knocked over.

submitted byBrian - 7 years ago
  • A: 9 year olds are big kids; not little any more. It’s the cut off age for little and a big growth year emotionally and socially. He won’t get hurt by the burrito.

submitted bydas - 7 years ago

Q: What do I do if my foam burritos are falling apart?

submitted by Exploding Kittens Support - 6 years ago
  • A: Please email support@explodingkittens.com if you are having any issues with your components and we will get you replacements!

submitted byExploding Kittens Support - 6 years ago

Q: This is a boring game, right?

submitted by Jo - 6 years ago
  • A: Nope! This is the world's FIRST dodgeball card game - it's a nonstop action extravaganza with burritos, duels, and wars! -- EK Support

submitted byExploding Kittens Support - 6 years ago

Q: Can a 4 year old play this game? Would they know how to play and have fun?

submitted by GiftShopper - 6 years ago
  • A: Hey there! This game is recommended for ages 7 and older, so it might be a bit tricky for your 4-year-old to keep up. That said, we've heard from people with young kids who love the squishy burritos and have a blast playing the game by using their own simplified version of the rules.

submitted byExploding Kittens Support - 6 years ago

Q: Do you need any batteries for this game, such as the burritos? Wasn't sure if they make any sounds.

submitted by Diana - 6 years ago
  • A: No. They're just squishy toys.

    submitted byMommyof2 - 6 years ago

Q: Is this game fun for adults with no kids? (25-30)

submitted by ad829 - 7 years ago
  • A: YES! It's like spoons, everyone passing cards all at the same time. Look for sets and sometimes throw (or get hit!) by burritos! It's a blast.

submitted byVA - 7 years ago

Q: Is this game like spoons but you throw burritos

submitted by kb - 7 years ago
  • A: Throw Throw Burrito is similar to Spoons, but we added the unique element of dodgeball that ups the ante and makes it feel like no other game we've played!

submitted byExploding Kittens Support - 6 years ago

Q: How durable are the cards? Seems like they get tossed around a lot and could easily get bent and torn in this fast and rough of a game so I am wondering if they as flimsy as the exploding kitten cards or are they more durable?

submitted by M - 7 years ago
  • A: The cards are made of GSM White Core Stock with a linen finish — the exact same material as our Exploding Kittens cards. As always, if your cards get damaged or anything needs a replacement, please reach out to us at support@explodingkittens.com!

submitted byExploding Kittens Support - 6 years ago

Q: Would this be a good game to just play at any time?

submitted by JJ the nerdier - 7 years ago
  • A: Anytime that you are in an area that nothing will get broken by thrown objects or running bodies. This game is so much fun for anyone that is young at heart and can think on their feet react quickly - or at least react faster than your fellow game players!

It is better playing without adults

love playing this game with my cousins and my friends, but it's really hard to find an adult who's interested in this particular game. You can spend hours playing it with teenagers, but most adults only play one round before they get bored. My mom always gets stressed out when she plays it. With my cousins, though, it's a completely different story, we laugh, yell, and have an amazing time together.

This game is so cool. 😎

We played with 3 people and it was so much fun. It got really crazy when we got the burrito war and dodged the burrito like crazy. Definitely a good buy.

I got it as a gift

It was very fun but the burritos broke apart very fast and the gift code did not work when I looked it up

Excellent!

Fun, easy to learn, quick paced, great for a group or even just two! Be aware of your play area because stuff can get knocked over if things get wild! Excellent game!

Endless laughter

This game was an instant hit in our household. With three energetic teenage boys, Throw Throw Burrito turned into one of the most chaotic, hilarious games we’ve played as a family. It’s part card game, part dodgeball, and 100% fun. The soft foam burritos are safe (thankfully!), and the gameplay keeps everyone laughing and moving. It’s perfect for family game night or when friends are over. We’ve had it for a while now, and it’s still one of the most requested games to pull out. Highly recommend if you like a little silliness with your competition.

Fun game!

This game is fun! I’d say for ages 10 and up for sure. But 8 year olds catch on but takes a lil bit.

Great family game!

Fun and thrilling game to play with friends, family, and even just two people! I had used this game as part of our white elephant game. Soon after, we played with the kids and they enjoyed this game so much they wanted to play it over and over!

Fun for family game night

I bought this game because it was created by the same people who delighted us with Exploding Kittens. Great multigenerational game! Lots of laughs.

Love the game. Lots of smiles, laughs, and memories

This game has been part of many smiles, laughs, and memories. My only request is to sell a deluxe version with burritos that can handle the alkaline dust of Black Rock City better.

Fun with a group, but not with 2 people

Fun game with a group , but its usually just me and my friend playing, which means the cards don't get circulated properly, your opponent can just hog all the battle cards and always start the battle and have the upper hand. Also, the pass it behind your back 2 player rule doesn't help because by the time you have it half way around your back, your opponent is already throwing!

So much fun

This game was super easy to learn, especially if you look up the company’s how to play video on YouTube. I taught my in laws who are in their 60s and my sister in law in her 40s and my husband in his 30s this game and we all got it right away. The burrito throwing is hilarious. It’s also not one of those games that takes forever to play. It’s about a half hour.
