I have thyroid issues and seems to be helpful. I have found my hair and nails to be growing thicker and fuller as well, I feel like that is from the supplement.

I ordered the 60 capsule bottle thinking it was a 2 month supply. As that was what was printed above it. It turns out that bottle is only a one month supply. Very disappointed. I was trying not to order from Amazon and get it directly from the company. I guess I will not be doing that.👎

I purchase this on a by-monthly basis and I absolutely LOVE it!! Natural thyroid supplements work best in my eyes!! Definitely beats being put on a synthetic pill!! HEALTHS HARMONY is a superb company!

I was ready to by this but notice the majority of the reviews were written on 6 Nov 2023. I find that odd.

So far so good, have been only using the product for about a week. Hoping the benefits will help in the long run.

I did not have a lot of energy and would just stay on the couch after work and on the weekends. Now I am super charged! I may have schedule down time!

The company is really awesome and has great customer service. I've taken the for a few days and have noticed a bit of an improvement in energy level and mood BUT I'm getting terrible heartburn. I have a tendency to get heartburn easily so I made sure it was from the supplement before posting this review. About 10 minutes after taking this I get wicked heartburn and can't find relief. So, unfortunately I won't be able to continue the supplement. I had high hopes when buying this and there seems to be a lot of people who have had great results but that is not my experience because of the side effects. It may be that I am just more sensitive to the ingredients and the fact that I tend to get heartburn easily.I'm giving 4 stars because I did see an improvement and because the company contacted me to offer a refund since I was not able to continue taking it. I would suggest trying it if you're interested because, really, it's risk free. I just wish I wasn't so susceptible to heartburn. I LOVE the company's customer service. A+ for sure.

This is a supplement that has minerals that help support a healthy Thyroid (such as copper and iodine) as well as helping to maintain a healthy immune system (such as zinc). It also contains a lot of Vitamin B12 and things like Ashwagandha powder. It is not a magic pill that will make you lose a ton of weight overnight or keep you from ever getting a cold. It is a supplement that is meant to be incorporated into an overall healthy lifestyle. Personally, I feel like I have been sleeping a little better since using this (most nights anyway). I think it has especially helped me with staying asleep once I get to sleep and reduced the amount of tossing and turning I do in my sleep.Each bottle has 60 capsules (a 30-day supply) and directs you to take one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with meals. They are easy to swallow and do not have an aftertaste (at least not one that I have ever noticed). And, you can set it up via subscribe and save to have it delivered automatically every month.

Packaging is fine, capsules are fine. It would be helpful if you would print the expiration date on the bottle, as some people pack these away to save for emergencies.

If you have concerns about your thyroid health, this is a good supplement for you to take. I really like that this product is non gmo and made in America. I feel more secure in the quality of the product because of that. I feel like for the price, I'm getting a good tool to help me with my overall health.

I just received this product today, so I can't really comment on its effectiveness. But I will share a photo of the ingredients on the bottle. I was concerned reading a few other reviews that they had change the formula for the B12 — but that’s not the case with the bottle I just got in the mail. I will update after using this for a few days! Looking forward to feeling better.

So far so good. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in May 2017. My Doctor prescribed Levothyroxine 25mg, the first 5 weeks I felt good, then I refill the medication, and I don't know if it was from a different Lab, but I felt terrible!! :( I felt like I was being poisoned. I had to look for an alternative. I found this product, and even though it was not the cheapest, I liked the reviews and ingredients made sense so I ordered. I stopped my medication a few days before this product arrived since it was making me sick anyway. Product got home on August 18th, 2017 and since I was taking a low dose on the medication, I started taking only one tablet of the Thyroid Support a day. By the end of the first 5 days, I started to feel more energy and more like myself. All days after that (I have been 9 days on the Supplement) I noticed I was not that hungry, felt more alert and I was able to fall asleep at nights easily and will have a more restful sleep. My mind is more alert now. I have drop almost 4 pounds. My next medical check up for the Thyroid is in January 2018. I guess I'll follow up here how my levels were and if I can say I am free of medication for good.Now, I also received an e-booklet from this company, as a bonus, that confused me a little bit: one section says to avoid all green leafy vegetables, but on the recipe section it says to add Kale, which falls in the category of green leafy vegetables (Goitrogens)...Hum! I guess a little isn't bad? Also their theory about Alcohol, caught me by surprise. My mom, 3 cousins and 1 of my closest friends have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism years ago, NONE of them are alcohol drinkers ever! So I am not sure where they got the idea.. Anyway, the product seems to be working very well, I am thankful for that. Let's see how the Labs come out in January 2018. Thank you!!

So this product did not seem to work for me. I took the whole bottle but I personally did not see a change in temperature, mood or energy. However, it did not negatively effect me. I have tried other products that had an adverse effect that made me tired and irritable. This did not and for that reason I would not dicourage those with thyroid problems to try the product as it seems to work for many others. I think that for the price, it serves as a vitamin supplement for many that could be helpful. Btw, it tastes a little earthy so that's a thing. Good luck!*Negative star for the B12

I like the product - although I have been trying a couple of other brands out prior to trying this one. 1 Body seems to be doing as good a job as the others or better.
