Q: The label on the top front center of the container says "he turbo". Does this mean that this detergent is only meant to be used in high efficiency washing machines and not non-high efficency machines?

A: HE turbo is primarily engineered for HE washing machines first and foremost. Whereas regular HE is usually just a reformulated version of the standard non-HE detergent to make it HE compatible, mainly by reducing sudsing. HE turbo works best in a high efficiency washing machine, although it will still work well in any machine, just don’t expect to see much in the way of bubbles.

Shrinkflation- reduced load count, same price
This detergent used to be 48 loads advertised, but they watered it down so now it says 43 loads. I know because I went and found the email from a past order and the product photo shows 48 loads, but the ounces and price were the same. So they’ve lowered the value significantly and I won’t purchase Tide anymore.

Clothes are stained with blue dye
I follow instructions exactly and many of my items were stained. I have used Tide's other products to remove the stain without it working. Terrible results.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear you have noticed staining after using Tide. Please know we have done a lot of testing to ensure Tide rinses away clean, so this is not something we'd expect. Following the instructions is great, as this can happen if too much is used or there are too many absorbent items in a wash that absorb all of the water meaning it cannot move through or rinse out of the wash. You can remove any left over detergent by soaking the items in warm water and then rewashing them with no laundry detergent. Use the warmest water that is safe for the garment as indicated on the care tag. We want to help further, and learn more about what happened. Please give us a call at (800) 879-8433.

Overbearing fragrance. Please bring back the "Free" version of this product which was both unscented and without dyes and I could use it for whites, and even dark cotton jeans and T-shirts without fading them over the long term.ta

UNSCENTED vs. ULTRA OXI FREE
In the reviews, Tide says that Ultra Stain Release Unscented is available under a new name called Ultra Oxi Free - but looking at the ingredients, they are totally different. Can Tide please tell us if the Ultra Stain Release Unscented is in fact available anywhere????
