Thank you Moosetoys for sending our reception class a pack of tiletown to review. I feel I need to be fully honest and say I feel reception which are ages 4-5 years old are quite young for this toy. Safety wise it's very good no hazard peices and safe to play with. But with such young age children they felt it was very difficult following the instructions in the booklet and because of this lost interest quickly. Other children built thier own structures but then when trying to play with the figures on it , because it is very fragile it broke quickly which upset the children. I feel this would be better suited for older children and we will give it a go in the after school club and see which age children best play with this toy. We have found ages 4-5 years door not play with this toy to its full potential.

They loved the animals and creating their imaginative play after having persevered to build the veterinary centre first. Great size for little hands. I'm perfect for hand-eye coordination and motor skills

We only built it properly once - now our pre schoolers use the tiles to create their own structures. I love that it is open ended in this way

The love the surprise features that move with the magnets (and scale, an xray and a cat flap) we like that it can be built any way you want, there's no right way. Our only complaint is how easy it collapses, somethings it's funny and we can all laugh but other times it's infuriating

Luckily her 9 year old sister was on hand to help her build. 4yr old looked for pieces in instructions and found pieces, 9yr old put it together. They both enjoyed playing with it after they had build it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If youre little ones are into hands on interactive play then TileTown is sure to captivate them, with so many cool features that the interactive characters magically activate and takes roleplaying for kids to a whole new level! Hours of fun, we got the pet clinic, my girls are still playing with this now, im hearing so much independent, interactive, imaginative, creative and immersive play! My girls are so excited and so grateful! I would thoroughly recommend and with christmas coming round the corner! This makes for an excellent present, your little ones are bound to love!

We have the pet clinic and both my boys aged 1 and 3 have both really enjoyed playing with it, they both have been given the opportunity to be imaginative and play in a way that suits them. The only downside to this product is it only takes a little knock from one of the kids and it’s in a pile on the floor. Found it quite difficult to keep the clinic in 1 piece
