This cheese is great but I would not buy again. I prefer the cheese slices for sandwiches. I didn’t like the taste of this cheese like a snack. The texture of the cheese is good.

This cheese taste great! Not very spicy, but a good flavor. I use it on sandwiches and to melt it over my hamburger patties. It melted really well. I would recommended!

like...if you think mayo is spicy you might think this is spicy... like not 'a little spice' not 'a kick' like the heat leve is as if you added crushed pepper almost... still a nice thing to throw into some eggs for added flavor just do not expect much heat.

I kept this cheese at a safe temperature, but it gree mold almost immediately. I put it in a cooler for the fifteen minute drive home. Expiration date is two months away and it's still sealed. Don't waste your money.

It is great with various meats and in sandwiches I love a nice roast beef sandwich with pepper jack cheese. The consistency is creamy and the peppers are not too spicy and it just hits the spot.
