Delicious and melts nicely! Doesn’t have the weird powder coating that a lot of shredded cheese has.

I originally bought this because the shreds are larger than some other brands. I was trying a wood-fired pizza experiment (seeing if using frozen thickly shredded cheese would work without it cooking too quickly or getting too tough like thinner shreds do). Turns out, it works super well! I now keep a few bags frozen and sprinkle it on both my wood-fired pizzas and those I just make in the house oven. It has a nice flavor and is reasonably stretchy when hot. This is just personal preference, but if it was organic and didn't contain natamycin it would be my perfect cheese. It's the best pre-shredded I've found for pizza, though!

The best brand I've had!

We like all varieties of Tillamook cheese and it's the only shredded cheese available that has the thick cut shreds. Works great in baked ziti. Wait for when it's on sale and then it costs only a small amount above the lower-priced brands.

The flavors complement each other, the size of the pieces melt at the same speed. And those bonus crunchy part of said cheese?! Indescribable. Might I have purposefully added cheese just to ensure those extra morsels? Yes. Could you resist them after looking at the left edge of this photo? Im-poss-i-ble. Pictured here is a divine sandwich - all ingredients...plus the paper plate...purchased at Target via pick-up. Now go try it yourself and I'm certain you willl agree...no other cheese can come close to the delectable goodness from the Tilamook Italian Cheese Blend.

Flavor excellent. The melting capabilities is like no other, quick and stays where you put it. Perfect for omelets, casseroles, and tacos.

Good product. Nice quality cheese. It’s a mix of two types. The bag is rather small, it’s only enough for one pizza, or maybe two pizzas if you go very easy on the cheese. Pay attention to how many ounces this is for your recipes. A bit expensive for the quantity, but I suppose it’s justified because it’s a better brand. I would repurchase if on sale.
