I love all of Tillamook's Farmstyle Cheeses. This is their Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese and it’s so delicious. I use this cheese for quesadillas, nachos and salad.

This product had a use by date of August 8, 2022. I opened it on May 17, 2022 and cheese shreds in the middle of the bag were moldy. Won't buy again from Target. This may be great cheese, but I recommend buying it elsewhere.

The cheese is thickly shredded and easy to use especially making Mac and cheese. Also, we like it for pasta toppings. The kids love to eat cheese! The bag is resealable so easy to store back in the fridge. We love Tillamook cheese. I recommend trying.
