A: it is on the bottom yellow strip on the back portion of the bag in small text.
it takes like a year, bought mine feb 28 2026 and it is “best by” 06/05/27.
jerky is meant to last, that’s why humanity started making it. the lack of moisture in this as well as the salt and smoke alone extends its life, plus resealing the bag AND putting it in the fridge? for this brand i wouldn’t be surprised if you could keep this unopened in a freezer for the better part of a decade or longer, maybe same if already opened but resealed. the manufacturers recommend to either refrigerate after opening or consuming it all in 3 days, but that’s really for legal reasons—you can’t expect nothing to go wrong with any food item, but jerky as a type of food is very good at keeping, if only becoming drier as time passes.

Way too salty
Bought 2 packages of this beef jerky because it was zero sugar. I was so excited to taste it when I got home. Started eating it and it was way too salty for me. Had my grandsons eat it and they thought the same thing. I was sure hoping for some good old fashioned jerky but this one was a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your money

The best
I have recently cut sugar out of my diet to stave off diabetes, so I find myself reading a lot of labels lately. I was surprised by the sugar content across the beef jerky market because I dont think of beef jerky as a sweet treat, but I was thrilled to stumble across Tillamook's Zero Sugar Beef Jerky. I know sugar alternatives have come a long way, but this was the best beef jerky I have ever eaten and the price was half of what their competitors are charging. My problem now is finding the willpower not to consume the entire bag in one sitting. I HIGHLY recommend this this product, especially for Zero sugar or keto diets. It will not disappoint!

New packaging and mystery meat?
When I found this jerky, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I was so tired of processed, pressed, soft jerky. I was over the moon. The last time I purchased it, it had been totally rebranded, new look. I had a few pieces, they were fine, then I grabbed this perfectly square piece. I looked at it and thought “ok this doesn’t look right”. Sure enough, I bit into it and it was this nasty soft, mystery meat. “That’s got to be a mistake” I thought. Half of the rest of the bag was this nastiness. I opened the other bag I had purchased, and it was exactly the same. I cannot tell you how extremely disappointed I am. I’m not sure how or why you changed this product, but I cannot in good conscience spend good money on something that I can only eat half of. Y’all really messed something up.

I was going to just throw away my 6.5 ounce bag of this beef jerky, but thought I would reach out to Tillamook first. I have been a customer of many Tillamook products. I love the cheese and ice cream. I only buy Tillamook shredded cheese, as it is far better than any other. I have also been to the factory in Oregon!I have purchased the zero-sugar beef jerky before and it is generally quite good. The bag of the country smoker zero sugar beef jerky I most recent bought is horrible. The jerky is stringy and dry. I am going to toss the whole bag even though I paid an exorbitant amount for it at our local grocery store! I don’t know if it’s because the meat was smoked or what, but this product is no good.
