This is really good and because its made from Turkey it has 0 Saturated Fat to help keep Arteries clear so thats good. I do wish they would lower the Sodium of 450mg to maybe 350mg to help people that have High Blood Pressure so they could eat this without their blood pressure going to high.

I have a pineapple allergy and it did not disclose on the bag that it had pineapple in it until I was eating it and my throat felt like there was rocks inside of it, and my tongue and mouth started to itch like crazy. I didn't think anyone would have one fifth of product to be salt. Now I have to go return this, doesn't seem food. You wouldn't feed this to an animal. There's no reason to put this much salt.
