Smells and tastes terrible.
Smells like dog food, tastes like rotten food. I literally spit it out of my mouth before even chewing it. If I could return it, I would. Seriously the worst $9 I’ve ever spent.

Pretty gross. If you like chewing muscle for four minutes before being able to swallow then this brand is for you. I chewed many pieces for minutes at a time and then spit them into the trash. Not worth the cheaper price to me. You might like it though.

Do not buy
This product is awful. I just purchased it this morning and if i did not live 35 minutes away from Target, I would be returning. Do not buy this. Spend the extra couple bucks and buy the name brand option like I wish I would have done. It's super soft and quite slimey. Touching it kind of makes you want to gag. Taste is artificial. Smell is a bit gross. Yuck. Would give it a 0/5 if I could. Sorry for being harsh... this stuff is expensive and it's a shame that it isn't good.

This was really gross. It taste like sugar and tomato paste. Also, there was a whole bunch of condensation inside of the package, and there wasn’t one of those little packets that they usually put inside of teriyaki to make sure that it stays dry.

Quality has gone down recently
I'm not sure what happened but....they changed something with the texture and flavor. The taste is different. The texture isn't tender anymore. This is just overall not good anymore and I' SO disappointed. This used to be my favorite brand of beef jerky. I qouldget this almost every time I went to Target. The past couple of times the beef jerky hasn't been up to par so I am sadly on another journey to finding a new favorite brand of beef jerky.

Solid Jerky for the Price
I think jerky is one of those things that you get what you pay for. For the price, I think this is solid beef jerky. The texture is, at times, inconsistent, but I tend to like heterogeneity in my food.
