Timberland PRO Men's, Switchback LT, Comp Toe, EH, WP, Hiker Work Boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The low cut on the back of the boot causes chafing on the back of your ankle. As well with the low cut you can't tighten the boots properly.

After 6 months of wear, the sewn part came off. I work as a delivery driver, so its not like im wearing them at a construction site. They are comfortable

I really wanted to like these Switchbacks but the right boot keeps rubbing against my ankle. Does not seem to be same quality as other Timberland boots/shoes I have. Feel comfortable otherwise. Wore them for a few days, tried stretching them out but they eventually went back to rubbing the ankle. Tried 2nd pair, same issue.

What is going on with the heel construction in these boots, between a bump under the material and where to material seems are, they are really rough on my heels. Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had work boots a short time and shoe lace loop broke and have been waiting for the warranty department to respond back with what try are going to do. It's been awhile. Also the laces are much to long I have to tuck them inside the boot.

Stats: 5'10" female, 296lbs/268lbs, and flat feet./worn over a month. My ankles are destroyed!! I have had Timberland Pros in the past that have lasted me over a decade. What happened to the quality?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New out of the box,I put them on and couldn't even walk across my living room,They curve in under the ankle bones and every step feels like your walking on your ankle bones. I desperately needed black boots and can't find local,So I padded my ankles,hoping they broke in,Results of several weeks…Still padding my ankles,and they look deformed at the bend of the boot!

Had to return them because they were too uncomfortable. Can't speak on the durability obviously.

Just won't stand up to demanding environment… I work in a foundry and average 4-5 miles on my feet a day… I've bought tim pro for years without issue, but 6 months in these were already falling apart…

I'm a Fed Ex delivery guy. Spend lots of time on my feet walking. The boots themselves are great! Did take a week or 2 to break in, and they can cause pain and some blisters. But after that, most comfortable boots I can put on! Probably didn't help that I also had an sole insert in as well....But my biggest gripe for me is that these boots seem to just CHEW through laces. I've had these boots a year and already went through 3 pair. I'd still recommend them, but would do so with a bit of caution.

Composite-toed shoes are great for working on hard surfaces and if you are standing all day because they are so light. In the future, I will buy similar designs and I like the variety that the company is offering. Great Brand!
