Simple and useful!

Perfect for my classroom
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I teach middle school. My district aggressively forces teachers to use timers in our lessons. Most teachers do this my embedding little YouTube timers in their slides. My Timetimer 12" is so much better. Students can see it from all the way in the back. The built-in alarm is audible for everyone. The visual aspect of it helps everyone. Best investment I made all year!

Helpful visual
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Time Timer was recommended to me as an alternative to phone or computer timers because the color changing will show up in my peripheral vision. (I use it to make sure I stand up and move more during my workday.) That's been helpful, but another bonus is that it's ridiculously easy to set the timer, so I can quickly restart the clock again and again throughout the day. I didn't know this existed and I'm glad I learned about it.

Perfect for our needs!

Awesome product

Handy gadget!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who struggles with time blindness, I've tried different ways to battle it. This timer has helped me so much. You can see the time passing as the red gets smaller. It's a more concrete way of seeing time pass. I use it as a way to mark time but I've also used it to figure out how much time different tasks take. When doing the dishes, I set the timer for the amount of time I think it's going to take and if takes more time than I expected, I use a stopwatch until task is completed. Then next time I know what time to track for task. I use the square white boards to write down my reward for finishing an unpleasant task or to write the next 3 things I'm going to do. Time timer has helped me deal with my time blindness.

After used a previous Time Timer Original 12" daily for more than seven years I finally decided to replace it. When the newer version arrived the alarm was not as loud as my seven-year model. I notified Time Timer of my problem and received a replacement two days later.

Helpful classroom tool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using a large 12" time timer to help my students be aware of how much time they have to complete a task. I appreciate the large easy to read timer face and the loud beeping noise. Unfortunately, the timer is also fragile, breaks easily, and almost impossible to repair. The clear plastic face protecting the time cannot be removed without damage and this prevents the user from fixing the time face should it become stuck. The product seems almost designed to be unrepairable, which is frustrating.

Reliable and so useful

This one is much smaller in size than the one I am replacing which I'd had for a decade or more, but it is plenty big. Kids can see it from anywhere in the room.
