Soft sided Titan Cooler
The cooler is lightweight & easy to carry. I love the easy access zipper- less hatch on the lid. My only complaint is that it has not kept ice for 2 days as advertised. However, the current weather has been extremely hot & humid.

Great road tripping cooler
I bought this as a road trip cooler to sit up front and hold my and my toddler's snacks and drinks. I used a juice bottle for a soild frozen block and it worked excellently. Our lunch meat, fruit, yogurt, and drinks were kept chilled for 2 days of sraight through driving with minimal ice melt in the jug. I'm already recommending this cooler to my friends and family. Well done Arctic Zone!

Works great and perfect size for me
I took this on vacation with me a couple weeks ago and it worked great for my travels. It was the perfect size to tote out on the beach for our drinks and food and kept everything cold all day.

Deep freeze NOT
I thought this would deep freeze cooler was going to keep ice for 2 days. It kept ice for about 8 hours if that long. Very disappointed

Please note that claims of “Holds Ice” or “Still Ice” are based on an industry-standard testing protocol. The protocol mandates that a cooler be filled to capacity with cubed ice (100% filled with ice cubes for the test). This standardized way of testing allows customers to compare the expected maximum performance of different sizes and brands of coolers in a standardized and dependable way. Similar to how we compare cars based on gas mileage. When filled completely with ice, this cooler keeps ice up to 2 days! The amount of ice used is the most important factor for long-lasting ice retention. Great, but....
So, the cooler is nice and seems to be very well built. Only one thing I wish it had was detachable handles. I carry the cooler using the sholder strap and you have two options with the handles.. Either leave them hanging down or attach them together as one handle but that prevents you from being able to unzip the top and open it. Well, you can unzip it but you can't open the entire lid. It would be a nice feature if the handles had the same connection the shoulder strap has where it can be detached and removed. If the handles had that same option, I would take them off. I'm going to try to order some of the clips and D-rings from here and sew them on the handle connections. Shouldn't affect the warranty of the cooler since the modification would only be to the straps and not the actual "cooler" compartment. Hopefully Arctic Zone reads these comments and can add that option in the future,

The Perfect cooler!!!
My husband LOVES this cooler! He ices down his beer and this keeps it cold for hours. The easy access opening on the top is so user friendly and the zipper on this cooler glides smoothly. I will say, the only way you would get 24 cans in here would be if you only used a handful of ice! That's not a deal breaker for him; he can get 10 in there comfortably with lots of ice to cover the cans. We ice down our drinks at night then "refresh" the ice the next afternoon, right before happy hour. About 30% of the ice melts, but there's still a lot in there, it just needs topping off. I would love to see this in an even smaller size, that would hold maybe 6 cans with ice.

Only used it once so far. Zipper is absurd, and to out the lubricant inside the zipped container is ridiculous. Had to lubricate it with soap before getting it opened in order to use the gel. Gel is messy and hard to work with. Container itself keeps items cold. But if you want to put other things, like a cheese or veggie, and keep that cold, adequate job. Not roomy. Indicated on website it can be used for things besides cans, but container is made for cans so other items don't fit well. Won't but another product here.

Not impressed…
First use leak! I’m a mailman in az. I was excited to take this bad boy out for the first use. Very very disappointed that it leaked all over the place from the bottom. I couldn’t pinpoint exactly where, but it obviously had a defect. I put in a warranty claim on the website but haven’t heard anything back yet!

I had previously searched for a cooler where I could access the drinks from the top flap without opening the entire top lid. This cooler is the right size for me, keeps my drinks cool and matched the photic color of my old town kayak to a T!
