About the Author

James Herriot fue el seudónimo usado por James Alfred (J.A.) Wight. Nació, creció y se licenció como veterinario en Glasgow. Poco después de graduarse aceptó un puesto como asistente en una clínica rural de North Yorkshire, donde trabajaría toda su vida.
