Warm. Well-made & washes well (hung to dry). A button fastener would probably last longer than the Velcro used for the strap. Sizing says 2T-5T. My kiddo is between a 3T and 4T in clothing and there is no room left in this hat. 2T-3T might be more appropriate for sizing, 4T is pushing it.
