Q: I'm very sorry, the label says that you can dry in a tumble dryer, but my pillow swelled up after drying, what can I do to make it thinner?

A: Thanks for your question, and we're sorry to hear that! To reduce puffiness, gently press or knead the pillow to redistribute the filling. For best results, place the pillow in a wash bag before washing, use a normal machine wash cycle, and tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Also, avoid fabric softeners and enzyme-based detergents, as they can affect the filling. We hope this helps!

Good pillow, but arrived without pillowcase
We decided to get this as a first pillow for our 2-year old. He likes it, it's a good balance of soft and firm, and it seems well made. However, it was sold with a muslin pillowcase, but no pillowcase arrived in the box. I had to run out and buy another pillowcase, because I didn't have any toddler size on hand yet. I did contact ComfyCubs directly, and they are sending a replacement pillowcase.
