Horrible. As a garlic dip lover…I suggest you pass on this. I am not sure if I purchased a container from a bad batch, but the lemon flavor was too extreme. The consistency was pleasant.

The flavor is good & has a nice lemony taste that complements the garlic flavor but the consistency is fluffy like a mayo and has 80 calories in 1 tablespoon. I tried it as a dip but then it’s like you’re eating mouthfuls of butter or mayo. I have no use for it because this will make me sick eating more than a teaspoon at a time. It’s just not for me :( I tried it because I love garlic.

I need more stars. This is a 10 out of 5 for me. This product is so delicious as a dip for raw veggies or crackers, and it also works great in marinades with middle eastern spices. I can't get enough of this stuff!
