First ingredigent is canola oil
The flavor is good & has a nice lemony taste that complements the garlic flavor but the consistency is fluffy like a mayo and has 80 calories in 1 tablespoon. I tried it as a dip but then it’s like you’re eating mouthfuls of butter or mayo. I have no use for it because this will make me sick eating more than a teaspoon at a time. It’s just not for me :( I tried it because I love garlic.
