It is smooth, flavorful and just the right amount of sweetness. aTorani syrups do not have any bitterness or aftertaste like most sugar free syrups. I even keep some in my car for when Im on the road and need to stop at a chain coffee shop because it's so much better than the brands they use. My BIL adds some to is whiskey and it's great drizzled lightly on ice cream
