I purchased one of these 4 months ago put it together with the diagram sheets ( which was not an instruction Manuel ) product seems to very heavy duty but it will not work correctly. The thongs will never completely raise off of the ground so basically it's engaged on the ground all the time. I've asked for help with the company sent videos and pictures but I keep getting the same answer. WERE MAKING A NEW VIDEO AND BE PATIENT. Their customer service seems to be lacking.. I've taken it apart and pout it back together several times and no better..

The assembly was very difficult. The instrictipns are just a picture with arrows showing part #'s. Not having a PHD in mechanical engineering, I found it rather dificult. However, once I got it done it looks like it will do the job just fine.

Both wheels fell off within first five minutes as screw was too small for connection. The spikes are weak and bend and crack off. I went and bought washers for the wheels but now the spokes are worthless. Can't buy extras anywhere. The aerator is now in my shed to be thrown away.

Directions for assembly are weak at best. One of the welded nuts for the set screw to attached the axle has already come loose on the first use.
