Q: Are the heads glued on separately, or are they all one piece?

A: I did take one apart and they are attached by a metal piece and some glue. I didn’t feel good about letting my daughter continue to play with them. The target advisor was incorrect about it being one piece.

Q: Are the paints used non toxic and free of metals? Package says safe for 18 months plus but does not state non toxic. Origin is China- have paints been tested to meet US standards?

I always love wooden toys, and these are no exception! Having a mixed family, it’s hard to find black-and-white skinned toys in the same package and this is amazing!
