Toy Story Creativity Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved it! He carries forky around everywhere. Huge hit. Will have to buy more when forky gets lost or broken! Material seems study its not like a flimsy plastic fork like you would have at a cook out. Packaging was cute he knew what he was getting right away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids loved the idea of this kit, but I think my almost 3 year old son was still a bit young to understand the concept. He loved playing with all the different pieces and sticking the stickers on stuff. If he was a little older, I think he would have been able to do the craft, no problem. It actually made him sit still for more than 10 minutes, which is tough!! We will look into more craft kids, as I am not very creative with weekend activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cons: Packaged to display all the pieces, but my 5 yr old needed help to remove all the pieces from the tape. Instructions were basically non existent. There was one sheet of paper with a few illustrations. The buzz stickers were poorly perforated and I struggled to have them tear cleanly off. The outline of buzz could have used a little visual guidance to make it easier for kids, because the tolerance was very tight for getting the stickers close to the right spot. My kid was bummed that some of the stickers went outside of the outline and I couldn't help her fix it. The white board didn't wipe clean 100% and the stencils didn't hold in place well. The marker bled through a little. The good: It was a ready made activity. Some kids wouldn't have needed assistance. It still kept mine occupied for a bit doing something half solo, so it was fun to try. Forky and the knife turned out pretty cool, but would have been easier with a little instructions. Or even pieces packaged together for each craft. Overall: Not really sure any of it was usable as a toy after creating, so kind of a waste in that aspect. Probably not one I'd go tell someone to buy. But my kid enjoyed the projects and it technically ticked the boxes as a crafting set.

It was great that everything that you needed for the crafts was included in the box, and no mess was made at all with it. The directions were only a few photos, so children that like to follow step by step may struggle to figure out exactly what goes where, and my just three year old needed a lot of help with this. In the end, he loved playing with completed Knifey and Forkey!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loved this craft kit! She is 9 and had a fun time making forky, girl and buzz lightyear. It was easy to make but took time to make it, so you got a good amount of play time out of it. The instructions could be a little more detailed. We didnt know where a couple things were supposed to go but we looked at the picture on the box. It was hard to see the decorated shoes in the picture. Also, my daughter suggested it would be fun if the bottom was actual clay and not just a plastic piece. But that did not stop her from enjoying it alot! She can't wait for the movie to come out!
