How do these 400 minutes divvy up? Bought this plan for my brother-in-law who will only be using the phone for phone calls. Do I need to worry about his data depleting, or will be able to make calls if the data goes to "0"??

Phone was difficult to swap with the order outdated one. Staff was able to get it switched but spent far more time than it should have. Great crew and a determination to make it happen. My 86 year old father is still learning to use the new phone. Thank you.

I would rate the plan higher if my sister were now using the phone. We had to order another SIM card which arrived today so, I anticipate activating the phone sometime next week when we visit her. I do want to mention the fine help I received from your representatives during a phone conversation last Sunday which resulted in ordering the SIM card.

Being required to buy a "PLAN" with the new 4G phone was very upsetting to me because I didn't want a "plan" and only like "pay as you go". It was finally made clear to me on my second "CHAT" with Customer Service (Thanks Eduardo), that it was a one-time only plan purchase, and so, I was relieved and very happy and just chose the cheapest one. If it had been mandatory to buy a "monthly plan", I would be very unhappy and probably still shopping for an alternative.

I do prefer to save money by purchasing yearly plans, not to mention the headache of making monthly payments. Since I retired, I use my phone very infrequently, so "unlimited" minutes is not important to me.

Nice phone and easy to use. I don't like having to call or text Tracfone to find out what my balance of minutes and days are, which is necessary with this phone. My previous phone had the remaining days and minutes shown on the home page. It saved time not having to call or text.. Tracfone let us down with this one.
