Q: How can you take the shelves down to move them?
A: Hi Amickay - Thanks for the question. The shelves and mounting hardware can both be removed and reinstalled in a different place if you decide to move them. Have a great day! - Matt

This would likely free the shelf from the bracket. Once the shelf is removed, you can just unscrew all the screws that hold the bracket in place. The plastic anchors though may have to be pushed into the wall [to drop them into the space between walls - that would be their grave unless you do some massive remodeling] if you can't pull them out. You just have to purchase new anchors. This is just a guess btw. I am just in the process of mounting mine so I haven't really tried taking it down yet. (Note: I'm not an expert)

Q: Step 4. Install screws (C) into anchors (A), there is one anchor per side. Per side of bracket, 2? Per side of each rod, all 4? If I use 1 of the long stud mount screws (D), should it be the center?
A: Hello - Thank you for reaching out with your questions. We recommend installing anchors for each 30mm Phillips head screw, there are 2 on each side and one center. Step 2 shows where these slots are on the metal bracket. You may choose to stud mount your shelf as well for additional security, any of the slots in metal bracket are workable as long as you are drilling 2 of these stud screws into a stud in your wall. If this is not the case feel free to continue with the standard installation using the 5 anchors, 5 30mm Phillips head screws, and 2 19mm Phillips head screws. It is not necessary to utilize the 50 mm stud screws, these are included for the option of stud mounting. I hope this information is helpful. Thank for shopping with us! - Carmen
