Multi-functioning therapy belt
I was amazed at how well this item was packaged and presented. The belt is large enough to cover a good section of your back, as well as, your hips. It was easy to use and I could use my power bank to power it up. It is nice to have that option, along with a plug. The heat felt nice on my sore muscles and the 3 modes of vibration is great for circulation and healing. It comes with a remote, which makes it easier to control, and a pair of glasses, to prevent eye damage. It has a bit of weight to it, so I prefer to use it while resting. I would love to see one in a smaller version for my arm and leg areas.

The Infrared Red Light Therapy Belt is amazing, way better than I expected, I thought it was just going to be the regular Infrared belt but noo, it has vibration modes this is great and I can really feel the vibration, I normally use it on my tummy for tummy reduction but you can use it in your back for back pain, etc.Also it helps to reduce inflammation and blood circulation.It comes with a remote control for easy control of the belt, you can relax, read a book or watch TV while you control the belt with the remote control.I'm very happy with the purchase, it has been very helpful for me and for a good price!The Infrared Red Light Therapy Belt comes in a gift box, ready to gift.

Loving it so far
My back was really aching last night and I decided it was time to give this a try. I really feel like it brought me a lot of relief! I love the versatility of it. It has Velcro to use if you want to strap in on your back or you can wear the glasses and use it on your face for the red light therapy. You can use it anywhere. So cool! I am really happy to have this in my arsenal to help with my back issues. So far it has definitely been a great help. It is relaxing and comfortable to use. The directions are clear and easy to follow. Awesome product!

I've read a lot about red light therapy and am hopeful it will bring relief but so far, I remain skeptical. sitting all day has given me an achey back now and again. This helps, but I'm not sure if it's a result of the lights themselves or the gentle heat. Its comfy to wear, lightweight, and the remote and timer are helpful. Make sure you use the glasses when handling it because the lights are pretty bright if you don't. It only takes minutes a day to see if it works for you, so it's worth a shot! Plus you can probably use it on other areas of your body, like legs or stomach.

It's a very easy-to-use product. I suffer from lower back issues, and I decided to buy it to ease my pain. It turned out to be an amazing solution for it. I spent 30 minutes lying down while wearing the product, and it helped me a lot. It heats up, and there are many different levels that you can adjust to whatever feels more comfortable to you. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from back or lower back pain.

Works with battery
This red light belt is very featureful, including extra functions on top of red light like heating and vibration. This comes out of the box where you need to plug it in, but the connection is just USB so you can use a USB power bank, which is what I did so I can be mobile. Works great.

Pain relief.
I have chronic back pain which comes and goes every so often, but when it does happen, it usually puts me in a lot of pain and discomfort. I usually use a back brace to help with the pain and discomfort but sometimes it just doesn't help too much. I wanted to see if there were any other options in addition to the back brace, so I got this red light therapy belt. I haven't had any severe pain since I purchased the belt, but it did seem to work for sore muscles after working out. I've used it for my lower back and abdomen area after exercising and it feels like it's not as painful as without it. I'm not sure if it's in my head or what, but I feel better after using it, so I'll stick with it until proven otherwise.

Heated massaging relief
This device allows you to heat and massage so many different body parts, such as the back, shoulder, knee, thigh, and stomach. The infrared lights offer deep tissue healing, I find it best to use 2 to 3 20 to 40 minute sessions daily for best results. Even our 12 year old dog uses a device similar to this made for dogs to keep her moving pain free!

I have to pull to get enough overlap for the velcro to connect, but it does fit around this size 2X female midsection. Surely there must be a way to rig it for larger people. Some kind of velcro extender? At first I was puzzled by the 2 extra dangling straps, but then realized they're to be stretched and attached for a better fit--for more contact. Those work really well. I have a similar red light device but love that this adds vibration and has more bells and whistles all around. There are different settings for both, as well as a timer so I don't have to pay attention. I really appreciate the remote! I use a power bank, as shown in my photo, so as to not be tied down to an outlet. Instructions specify to use a 5V 3A power bank, so be mindful that some are 2A and that's not correct for this. I think this is really great!

This red light therapy belt has an interesting design compared to other red light belts (the addition of the vibration), but it also has a somewhat lower LED count, with just 102 total LEDs.Surprisingly, the vibration is quite strong and works really well. The downside to this is that it adds a bit of bulkiness to the belt, as the motors are quite large, which can make it a bit uncomfortable to use while lying down.The brightness/intensity of the LEDs is good, but this belt would be better with more LEDs. This particular belt has 102 LEDs, whereas some higher-end belts have as many as 150 LEDs. Generally, the more LEDs, the higher the concentration and dose of red light, so having more of them is typically better.Overall - this is a good choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly red light belt with the added benefit of vibration. That being said, if you are looking for the best bang for your buck red light therapy treatment, I would opt for more LEDs.

after climbing under desks fixing computers all day, this is very relieving. it helps quite a bit with my back pain and is easy to use. i don't really like that i have to plug it in though. i have a portable battery that i use with it, so i know they could have made it battery powered. other than that, it works really well. it's kind of loud, but not too overwhelming.
