Didn't Work For Me and Horrible Tire Smell
I could not use right away because it reeked of tire smell, which makes me ill. It took almost 2 months to get the smell out of the glove (by wrapping in activated charcoal drawer liner that soaks up the smell). When finally able to try, I was disappointed. It never heated up much. The box was creased -- maybe I got one that was returned by another buyer? I wish it had worked for me like it did for other customers who left a positive review.

Very helpful for my arthritic hands....
This device is quite easy to use and has helped my hands tremendously. I find the combination of infrared heat and red laser reduces inflammation and swelling in my finger and thumb joints. I love to knit and have not been able to do that during the whole Covid quarantine.... that's been very disappointing. I now feel able to try light knitting again and think, with moderation, I'll be able to resume my favorite craft. My only negative critique is that I wish there was a way to get more coverage the sides of my wrists, those areas still give me discomfort. I use this unit 2-3 times per day and plan to continue doing that until one of us wears out!

Amazing for the skin
I've used the device for a little over two weeks. I originally bought it for nerve damage in my hands. So far I'm not sure if it's made a difference for the nerves, but it's been amazing for the skin. I've been using it for twenty minutes for each hand everyday and a little longer on a few days. Now the back of my hands are very smooth. I'm happy with the results and I'm considering purchasing other products from the same company.

Pain relief at last!
I was searching for something to ease my joint pain from rheumatoid arthritis. After reading the reviews, I chose red light therapy. For two weeks, I have used it each morning and evening. It is easy to set up and automatically shuts off. The pain in my hands have eased, AND it gives me an excuse to sit for 20 minutes twice a day undisturbed. THAT alone deserves 5 stars!

Update March 2023: Just over a year after purchase, one side of the glove stopped working. I emailed the seller, and they shipped a replacement out the SAME DAY! Amazing customer service - A I bought this for my husband who has pretty bad arthritis and neuropathy (numbness)in his hands.After about 2 weeks of using this daily, he has noticed a significant improvement in the arthritis pain. The additional strange thing, is that he thinks he may be getting a little bit of feeling back in his finger tips as well. We shall see...

So far works great!!
I purchased this for my husbands osteoarthritis in his fingers and so far it is working great. Using it twice a day has been the most beneficial. Does give off a "hot" odor, but it quits after a couple of uses.

When I received this item it did not work. Rather than return to TRAKK, I contacted the DGYAO Support Team. They responded promptly and worked with me to determine and resolve the problem (which took a couple shipments of parts from them). They were very professional and gracious.As for the product itself, I have only used it a few times. It is simple to use and thus far appears to be a unique and credible product.

Definitely Helps Reduce Arthritis Pain
I suffer from several different forms of arthritis throughout my body, but the swelling and pain in my wrists and hands are the most frustrating of all. Having worked at a computer for the 40 years, I have the added annoyance of carpal tunnel. Your red light therapy device has given me the only real lasting comfort I've had from the many, many things I've tried. The only problem I have is on my right hand; I had surgery on that wrist which made its contours a little bit irregular. Thus the device is slightly uncomfortable to use on that hand ... not impossible, just somewhat tighter on that side. Overall, I am loving this device. My hands feel soothed and the pain is noticeably less than before.

Effectiveness of infra red light
We habe used infrared wraps and gloves for 2 years and have to report complete success.... used on arthritic spits i.e. hands, knees, ankles, feet.....allows me to be pain free.Of course, it has to be used almost daily for 20 minutes ( it turns itself off). Allows me to walks 4 - 5 miles daiky, play piano and stay active.

100% Helped my 76 year old father in law with Arthritis!!
My father In law was not the typical 76 year old. He was more active than most 40 year olds I know!! He chopped wood, worked on things in his garage and still mowed his own lawn! However, he began complaining about his aching hands and was extremely frustrated with not being able to perform his normal daily tasks.He was scheduled for surgery for his arthritis and tendonitis.I figured this red light therapy was worth a try however, he didn't believe it would work but he promised me he would try it for a few weeks.Literally, after about 2 weeks of using this for 20 minutes per night, he gained full mobility back in his hands!!! He switches hands and does 20 min per hand. He literally said, "I didn't believe this would help me but only tried it bc you made me promise and I'm so glad I did !"He cancelled his surgery and feels back to normal again bc he can still perform his daily tasks!!! Totally amazing product!!

Great for those tired fingers
After a day of working in the yard and garden, the hands get tired and achy. An hour IR therapy with this really makes a huge difference. For me, it is just big enough to squeeze both my hands in.
