Huge waste of money
Actually, 1 star is too much! They were literally gold bells tied on a dirty cotton cord & were horribly cheap. My fault, the picture wasn’t clear & I bought them anyway. Will be returning them. I could make them, and make them better, for less than they charged for them. Target almost never lets me down, but this time they did.
