It says it works "worldwide" in 150 countries but there is evidence it works in any Asian country.

As others have stated, it does not work properly in all UK outlets. While it has two prongs for the power/neutral, the third “earth” prong is necessary to actually open the shutter in the outlet to allow you to plug it in. That’s why it is longer than the other two in order to open the shutter first. This is a protective mechanism to prevent foreign objects being put into the outlet, so because the adapter doesn’t have the earth prong, you cannot physically plug the adapter in. Should work fine in other countries though.

This adapter is a little more expensive than others because it includes power circuits for USB and USB-C, and it's totally worth it. We could charge phones and battery packs simultaneously at our hotel overnight so in the morning everything was charged. Used it in Scotland with no issues. Glad to have this in our travel gear.
