Tripp Lite OmniSmart LCD Line-Interactive UPS Tower, 8 Outlets, 900 VA, 870 J

I purchased this UPS to replace a 12-year-old Tripp Lite (which was very similar in design). This UPS can accommodate both vertical and horizontal spaces, and the LCD screen can be turned to align with its positioning. This is one of the better-designed UPS solutions for home use from a user and fit perspective.

Very fast charging and great quality! Easy to set up!

As yet untested during a power outage. I like the reputation of the company and the fact that the LCD panel can be arranged vertically or horizontally. Unfortunately, the voltage-in meter reads 3 Volts low and can't be calibrated.

A great product

I just got my Tripp Lite battery backup for my computer at work last week, and already my office Partners have blown the circuit with their little portable heaters three times... Lights went out, but not my computer! I just kept on working with no data loss! Haha coworkers!!!

Very good pruduct, easy to install and place in my home office desktop, with enough power to support my HO equipement in case of power down

This protector does what it needs to. Multiple ports for charging various items when the power is out

We have several of these at the company, easy setup and easy to replace the batteries.

I use this product at work. I have three monitors on my desk, We have had power bumps and this UPS comes in very handy, uninterruptible power failures.

Setup was quick & easy. Nice blue LCD display. I can't wait for outage to see how long it lasts.

In California we're prone to many weather related power outages from downed lines, wildfires, and even car accidents (2021 over 10 times). Our Connected Home is full of wifi-devices, many of them are POE powered as well. So, even in an outage, our Tripplite UPSs keep our power constant, clean, and flowing during the frequent one to ten minute faults and failures. Previously we'd gone with a competitor but after years of failing batteries and THEN super high replacement costs, Tripplite is bringing value and peace of mind.

Excellent product. Just wish it had more space for power blocks

This backs up my ISP's fibre hub, my wireless router and a gig switch, so lots of runtime. No power outages since installed so cannot comment on how it performs in an actual power failure. Outlet placement is poorly designed, and the power cord blocks one outlets if trying to plug in even a small brick-type power cord. There are two outlets with increased spacing, to facilitate a brick-type power cord, but using two of that type is a problem. I was unable to plug a mini-brick type power cord in the top outlet due to the cord being in the way. It is difficult to connect three devices, let alone four. To connect even three, I had to put one brick-type cord in the bottom outlet, reversed the plug, and either let it project over the edge of the table or lay the unit on its side. The unit's power cord interfered with the second brick-type plug, so I had to plug it into one of the middle plugs, covered the other. This left only one outlet available for the remining power cord, from my gig switch. Not impressed.

The OMNI900LCD is a very functional and beautiful unit. The communications between the OMNI900LCD and my Apple iMac (Catalina OS) worked immediately upon connecting the USB cable. I no longer have to worry about utility power failures causing crash shutdowns.

I've been very happy with this UPS. Arrived as expected in good condition. It has a reasonably small footprint and works as expected.

This is an excellent product because I have experienced it during the last 10 years since I bought my first OMNI900LCD. It has low maintenance cost. I love it and I recommend to home use.

Back up unit has worked flawlessly for years. Replaced the battery once. I love the display showing current voltage and the ability to turn off alarm, though I'd like to have the option have alarm off all the time

Looks sharp and you can tell at a glance that it's operating properly

I use this unit for modem and router to be plugged into so I always have Internet even when the electricity goes out. It is working great!
