Love this - my hardwood floors haven’t looked this good in a minute! Not sure if this is “kosher” but I put two drops of an essential oil and my house smells like a fancy hotel.

Cleans okay but I don't like that there's no plug for the water reservoir.If this is something that can be purchased separately I would really appreciate someone contacting me.The water spills while on use even if you stay within the suggested water level.

I got mine as a gift!!!!
I'm so excited to use this steam app as i have been wanting one for years. I'm super excited to try it on my carpet to see if i can get the dogs stains out of my rug. I had a brand new Carpet cleaner, but unfortunately someone stole it from me and I wasn't able to afford another one. I was so happy when I found out that my son's health insurance was going to be paying for all of this new cleaning stuff for my son's allergies.

Wasn’t sure what to expect with this steam mop. Considering the price point and all the competitors out there. This is a great buy. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the length of the cord. If you have a bigger space you will need an extension cord, or a brand that offers some more slack. Hope this helps ?

Small but powerful
I used this in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. I thought I cleaned my floors thoroughly, but it did a better job. I did hunt down for a better price!
