Q: Can I use this on heavy stains not dog related more of kid related?

submitted by Logo - 1 year ago

  • A: Yes, you can use the BISSELL Pet Pro Oxy Spot & Stain formula on heavy, kid-related stains too! It’s designed to tackle tough messes like food spills, juice, and dirt—not just pet accidents. It’s safe for use on upholstery, carpet, and fabric when used as directed.

Q: Can this be used without a cleaning machine

submitted by rrmrss - 12 days ago

  • A: Yes, this formula is designed to be used with BISSELL portable carpet cleaning machines for the best results. If you do not have a machine, you can apply it to a spot or stain and blot the area, but it is formulated to perform as intended when used in a compatible BISSELL portable deep cleaner.

Q: Is this water based or is it a solvent?

submitted by Kris - 22 days ago

  • A: Hi Kris, thanks for your question! The BISSELL Pet Pro Oxy Spot & Stain Urine Eliminator Formula (2034) is a water-based formula, with water making up the majority of the solution. It also contains cleaning agents and oxygen-based stain-fighting ingredients to help remove tough pet stains and odors. When used as directed, it is safe for use on carpets, upholstery, pet beds, and other soft surfaces.

Q: Can this be used on cat on feline feces

submitted by Smart cat - 24 days ago

  • A: Yes, the Pet Pro Oxy Spot & Stain formula can be used to help clean stains and odors caused by pet accidents, including cat feces, on carpets, upholstery, pet beds, and other water-safe fabrics. For best results, remove any solid material first, then treat the affected area with the formula according to the label directions.

Q: Can you this with the cross wave

submitted by cat14 - 3 months ago

  • A: No, this formula is designed for use in BISSELL portable carpet cleaners and upright carpet cleaners. It is not intended for use in CrossWave machines.

Q: Can this be used in upright steam cleaner

submitted by mom of 4 - 3 months ago

  • A: The BISSELL Pet Pro Oxy Spot & Stain (2034) is designed as a spot and upholstery cleaner, so it’s best used for treating specific stains directly—not as a full cleaning formula in upright carpet or steam cleaner machines. For an upright steam cleaner, we recommend using a machine-compatible cleaning formula made specifically for those units. This helps protect your machine and ensures the best results.

Q: Can it be used in color fabrics?

submitted by Jess - 4 months ago

  • A: Hi Jess! Yes, this formula can be used on colored fabrics. We recommend testing it on a small, hidden area first to make sure the color remains unaffected. It’s designed for use on many soft surfaces like upholstery, pet beds, and carpets.

Q: Can this be used to get rid of allergens?

submitted by Senko - 5 months ago

  • A: Hi Senko! BISSELL Pet Pro Oxy Spot & Stain isn’t specifically designed or certified to remove allergens. It’s formulated to lift tough pet stains and odors using oxygen‑boosted cleaning, which can help remove the source of some allergens (like pet mess residue), but it does not claim allergen neutralization or sanitization. For targeted allergen reduction, we recommend looking for a BISSELL formula labeled “Allergen” or “Sanitize”, which are designed for that purpose.

Q: Is it safe to use on colored clothing & towels etc...

submitted by JR007 - 9 months ago

  • A: The BISSELL Pet Pro Oxy Spot & Stain formula is intended for use on upholstery, pet beds, and other water-safe fabrics—not for laundry. We don’t recommend using it on clothing or towels, as it’s not formulated for washing machine use and could affect colors or fibers. For best results, stick to laundry-specific stain removers for those items.

    A must for pet owners!

My pup decided to go potty in my closet! I had recently ran out of the Pet Pro Oxy cleaner and used a generic cleaner (twice) to clean the spot with my Bissel, and every time I opened the closet door, the smell of urine was still there and it was awful! I picked up the Bissel Pet Pro Oxy Solution through Target’s curbside and tried again. Finally, the odor is gone! I also used a purple light to make sure there was no urine left, and it did not show signs of urine after using this cleaner. Great product for pet accidents!

    MISSING ITEMS

I picked up an order today in drive up 2 days after having knee replacement surgery. When I got home all my pet cleaning products I brought were not in my order. Given that I had surgery. I have to use a ride share to go back to the store because the app is stating that the items I paid for are not eligible for return. Trying to get someone on the phone is like trying to win the lottery. Needless to say I am TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH TARGET’s customer service or lack there of.
