A: It's best to check the cleaning code on your rug with the manufacturer. BISSELL formulas are good for W and WS fabrics. We do not recommend using BISSELL formula on S or X fabrics. We always recommend testing a small hidden area for color fastness. Do not use BISSELL products on velvet, silk, vinyl or leather upholstery.

We have a dog who when anxious or scared has accidents on the floor. This is the only product that truly cleans deep into the carpet & removes the entire stain & smell. Others I swear just spread it & make a bigger mess. It’s unrealistic to be using a carpet scrubber for every mess. So this is magical for us! We’ve gone through 2 bottles & are obsessed!!

This product.. wow! I was staying in an air bnb that happened to have white carpet and my baby shitzu got tummy rumbles and had a poop accident. I seriously panicked when I got the privilege to wake to the mess! Luckily I had this packed with me just in case and would you believe it restored the carpet back like nothing happened. 2am sweating with stress ready to cry and the carpet gods came down from Bissell and saved the day! The bottle leaks while you’re trying to use the scrubber brush that is attetched… kind of defeats the purpose of having scrubber brush . & the applicator isn’t a spray it’s something you pour . Not sure if it even helped or made stains worse .
