Q: Is this safe to use on a wool rug?

A: It's best to check the cleaning code on your rug with the manufacturer. BISSELL formulas are good for W and WS fabrics. We do not recommend using BISSELL formula on S or X fabrics. We always recommend testing a small hidden area for color fastness. Do not use BISSELL products on velvet, silk, vinyl or leather upholstery.

The bottle leaks while you’re trying to use the scrubber brush that is attetched… kind of defeats the purpose of having scrubber brush . & the applicator isn’t a spray it’s something you pour . Not sure if it even helped or made stains worse .

This is a life saver in a multi-dog home. I just wish the brush were different, it makes using it a little awkward. So if the brush swiveled around to be able to both dispense the cleanser AND clean it, that would make it that much better!

Super impressed with how well this worked! First time using it and I was really skeptical to believe that it would actually remove my 2 year old's CHILI throw up stains. For one- the throw up had been on the carpet for probably about 12 hours (It happened in the middle of the night. I use all BISSELL products in my rugs! I always have and always will have a German Shepard so sometimes there are messes to clean up. Especially when they're very young or getting older! We have a BISSELL rug shampooer, a BISSELL spot cleaner and all BISSELL cleaning products. This is a new one for me, it squirts a fine line of cleaner from the top and then I run it a little and blot it up =no more spot, smell it stain! We also use the all surface cleaner in our machines. We wouldn't use anything else! Thank you BISSELL.

It is the best product I have ever used for stains! I have even removed blueberry stains from my carpeting left by my parrot. I have used it on my concrete basement floor when I found my dog had diarrhea when I was gone for a couple of hours and it had dried. It even removed the stain!
