Love targrt careying this product/line!
This actually worked really well on a few marks I had on my white purse. I love BB and was curious how well this stain remover would work and I’m happy to report it’s great!

Amazing!
I’ve been sleeping on plant based stain removers; But no more! After two applications and some waiting time, this stain remover made me realize how absolutely filthy the rest of my rug is. It’s obscenely effective, and you can’t beat the natural ingredients, which are safe for everyone in the house! I’m a customer for life!

Get this product you will use it for all cleaning
I’ve used Branch Basics for years and it’s the only one to effectively remove stains! Even old ones, tough dryer in stains I have to repeat until it’s gone, I apply with their oxy boost. And their products are safe for my family and pets!

Does Not Work on Clothes
Great to immediately treat a stain (especially on carpet) but will not remove stains on clothing. We have been using BB for years and I love using it for mirrors, the kitchen, the bathrooms, and it does work well to get something out immediately. We have used it to clean a lot of stuff out of carpets immediately after staining. However, I have never ever had success with laundry even after following all the directions. I no longer use any BB products for laundry.

Doesnt Work
I wanted to love this especially since it’s a non toxic product but it simply doesn’t work. I have 2 young kids and this got out zero stains. I’ve tried this on several types of items/stains. No luck!

Hi! We're sorry to hear the stain remover did not work out for your stains! Here are some suggestions to try for treating stains in laundry. Pretreat a stain: - Spray a stain with the stain remover. Rub the stained fabric against itself to really work in the product. Let this sit and then run through the wash. Soak the stained item: Pretreat as described above, and then put the stained item in a tub or bucket with water to cover with a TBSP of your preferred laundry detergent. Let this sit over night and wash in the morning. Repeat if necessary. The key is that if the stain is not removed, do not put the item in the dryer, because the heat can set a stain and make it more difficult to remove. If you have any other questions, please reach out to our Branch Basics Team!

Great for Pets
Unfortunately my cat loves throwing up on my white carpet and I can make the stains basically non-existent with this spray and a little elbow grease. Also really like that it's natural ingredients.

Hi there, Lauren. Thank you for sharing your experience and we're sorry to hear that you haven't had success with the Stain Remover. Here are a couple of tips: 1. Spray the stain and then double over the fabric to rub the stained fabric against itself to really work in the product. Let this sit and then rinse or run through the wash. 2. Pretreat as described above, and then put the stained item in a tub or bucket with water to cover. Add some of your favorite laundry detergent or 1/2 a tsp of Branch Basics Concentrate. Agitate the water and squish the clothing item around in the water. Let this sit over night and wash in the morning.

Hi there! Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear you are having troubles treating your stains! After spraying the stain, be sure to work the product into the stain, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then rinse. We hope this tip helps!

Not that great
Nor nearly as good as our lacy stain remover but was hopefully as the price is cheaper. It works if you put it on immediately but not so much on set in stains.

Hi there. For tough set-in stains, try soaking the stained item. You'll pretreat with the spray and really work the product into the stain, and then put the stained item in a tub or bucket with water to cover with a TBSP of your preferred laundry detergent. Let this sit over night and wash in the morning. Repeat if necessary. The key is that if the stain is not removed, do not put the item in the dryer, because the heat can set a stain and make it more difficult to remove. We hope this helps!

I wanted to like it but went back to M.M.
It depends what you’re using this for but for berries, chocolate and similar stains it did not work for me. I think it probably works better with its booster powder from the same company.
