Q: Can bacteria grow in the bottle from adding distilled water with concentration liquid? I read you're not supposed to add water into soaps and that can cause bacteria to grow.

A: Great question! Branch Basics is formulated to inhibit microbial growth. Our formulas must pass a rigorous micro organism challenge test plus each batch is tested to ensure it is clean before it is sold. Using distilled water with Branch Basics Concentrate further minimizes the risk of new contaminants getting into the formula when refilling. Once the bottles are filled, the shelf life is 1 year.

A: Hi! Branch Basics can be used on natural stone such as granite. The only caveat would be if you have a sealer that requires a particular pH.
The pH of our concentrate is 8.5 +/- 0.5. If you have a concern that requires a particular pH. It's always a good idea to test an inconspicuous area of your granite to see how the product interacts with the surface.
It's very rare to hear that a customer has an issue with our formula, but it's always a good idea to test it first.

A: Hi there! Great question! Both are filled with the Concentrate ingredients and water, but in different dilution ratios. The Bathroom solution uses about twice as much of the Concentrate ingredients as the All-Purpose bottle, making a stronger solution.

Echoing so many others. **FINALLY** It is incredible that it's taken this long for a truly clean cleaning product to hit the shelves at Target. It's truly unscented and safe to use. This is a no-compromise product that cleans as well or better than the mainstream products. My family has used it for over a DECADE (see photo of old product concentrate) and I'm trying to get my office's cleaning company to use it as well. Glad to see that other people are finally seeing the light on BB.
