Q: Is it safe on granite?

A: Hi! Branch Basics can be used on natural stone such as granite. The only caveat would be if you have a sealer that requires a particular pH. The pH of our concentrate is 8.5 +/- 0.5. If you have a concern that requires a particular pH. It's always a good idea to test an inconspicuous area of your granite to see how the product interacts with the surface. It's very rare to hear that a customer has an issue with our formula, but it's always a good idea to test it first.

A: Great question! Each formula is made from the same Concentrate, but in different dilution ratios with water. For example, the Bathroom bottle uses twice as much Concentrate as the All-Purpose. The bottles are refillable over and over again, and there are lines on the labels to make refilling them very easy. Please reach out with any other questions!

This solution will be too strong for glass and leave streaks, but you can make your own glass cleaning formula with Branch Basics Concentrate and distilled or RO water in a different spray bottle. The bottle itself is one of the best sprayers I’ve ever used which is so lovely. Powerful, even sprays with no drips every time. Thank you to whoever designed the sprayer mechanism. Ok onto the cleaning solution itself - I use this stuff constantly in my house with young kids. My husband is sensitive to fragrances and often complains when I use chemicals to clean - he has never complained with this stuff. It gets the 5 year old’s incessant grime off our dining table, it cleans our countertops, it does whatever you want it to do. I love it. Oh and I finally feel like I can let my KIDS help clean, whereas before I was reluctant to let them help because I was using such harsh chemicals (like the main-brand sanitizing wipes, etc). Now I’m happy to let them help clean our house and I don’t have to worry about their safety while doing it. Soooooo happy Target started carrying this brand’s products. About to order more!

Unimpressed - doesn't seem to work on countertops or stove tops. However, it does work well if you soak jewelry (faux and real stones) in it for a few moments. Bottom line, probably will not repurchase or recommend to anyone else.
