A: While this formula is designed to tackle tough pet stains and odors, it can absolutely be used to clean larger areas like an entire room. It works with upright carpet cleaners to remove embedded dirt and odors from carpet, rugs, and upholstery.

A: Great question, Cat! As of now, BISSELL does not offer a completely unscented pet-specific carpet cleaning formula. Most of their pet formulas, like the Professional Pet Stain Eliminator + Oxy or Pet Stain & Odor + Antibacterial, include a light or fresh scent to help neutralize odors and leave a clean-smelling finish. You can always do a water only rinse after cleaning to reduce the scent.

Unknown stains were no challenge

Does not help to get ride of cat urine from the carpet
This product doesn't help to get rid of cats urine smell from the carpet. I used almost the whole bottle, cleaned 3-4 times the same spot but nothing. Will search for other brands. Wondering is the company would return the money.
