A: Hi Francisco. No, you need a formula designed for the BISSELL CrossWave and SpinWave models.

A: Hi KB, the BISSELL 2X Deep Clean + Refresh Formula is designed for use on carpets, rugs, and upholstery when used in a compatible carpet cleaner. For wool rugs and carpets, we recommend checking the rug manufacturer's cleaning instructions first, as wool can require special care and some wool products may have specific cleaning restrictions.

A: Hi Barb, thanks for your question. The BISSELL 2X Deep Clean + Refresh formula is intended for use in BISSELL carpet cleaning machines and portable spot cleaners, not with CleanView upright vacuum cleaners. If your CleanView is a vacuum, no cleaning formula is needed. This formula is compatible with most BISSELL upright carpet cleaners and portable deep cleaners that use cleaning solution. We hope this helps!

A: Yes, the BISSELL® Deep Clean + Refresh Formula (Model 1052) is designed for use in all BISSELL upright carpet cleaners. This includes popular models like the ProHeat 2X®, Revolution®, TurboClean™, and other BISSELL upright carpet cleaning machines.

A: Hi there! No — the BISSELL 2X Deep Clean + Refresh formula can only be used in BISSELL upright carpet cleaners, not in PowerForce vacuum cleaners. PowerForce models are dry vacuums and don’t have tanks or spray systems for liquid formula. If you’re looking to shampoo carpets, you’d need a BISSELL carpet cleaner instead.

A: To keep the machine performing properly, stick with formulas labeled portable, Little Green, or spot & stain cleaners. If there’s ever doubt, our Consumer Care team can help confirm at support.bissell.com.

A: Yes—you do need to mix it with water. The BISSELL 2X Deep Clean + Refresh formula is a concentrated solution, so it should be diluted according to the fill lines on your carpet cleaner’s tank. This helps ensure effective cleaning while protecting your machine and carpets. If you ever need help with the exact ratios, BISSELL Consumer Care is available at 1‑800‑237‑7691.

A: Yes—you do need to mix it with water. The BISSELL 2X Deep Clean + Refresh formula is concentrated and should be diluted using the fill lines on your carpet cleaner’s tank. Mixing it properly helps it clean effectively while protecting both your carpet and the machine.

A: Great question! For the BISSELL 2X Deep Clean + Refresh Carpet Cleaner Formula (model 1052), you'll typically use about 2.5 oz (or 5 capfuls) per full tank of clean water in most upright carpet cleaners. Always check your machine’s fill lines or user guide to be sure—it may vary slightly by model.

A: Great question, Icela! This formula is made for upright carpet cleaners and isn’t recommended for portable machines like the Little Green Max Pet. For best results, we suggest using a BISSELL formula specifically designed for portable deep cleaners.
