Stevia literally has zero calories and still makes my coffee taste sweet without any weird after tastes. It's super easy to mix into my coffee as well and doesn't get stuck at the bottom. The little packets are small enough that you can fit them in your purse to have on the go as well if you want to go grab an iced coffee and add your own sweetener. The biggest win for me personally though, is that I have a really hard time finding healthier alternatives because most artificial sweetness give me seizures, but with Stevia being a natural sweetener and coming from a plant I don't have that problem.
