Candied Yam Perfection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try this as a healthier substitute, and my dish turned out delicious. I used it to make candied yams for our holiday dinner. It mixed in beautifully and gave it a great taste. I think it even tasted better with the hint of molasses in it. This is a great option that I am using in all my baking. It measures exactly the same and has a rich, delicious taste. I like the packaging that can be reclosed to keep it fresh. I can add a little to any of my dishes much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of plant based foods, but this right here is the best plant based brown sugar with the molasses taste that I have ever had in my life and it’s absolutely delicious and smells even better! It feels just like real brown sugar may be a little bit softer not as hard and it mixes really well. There’s no grittiness in the texture when eating it. it’s absolutely amazing and has a great aftertaste. I love the flavor with the hint of molasses and not to mention there’s no artificial sweeteners and zero sugar love that so much. This is such a great product.

Surprisingly close the the real thing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Truvia brown sugar alternative was nearly identical to real brown sugar in both smell and texture. I tested it in my go-to cookie recipe, replacing the brown sugar with Truvia while still using cane sugar (my recipe uses twice as much brown sugar as cane sugar). The dough came together exactly as it does with regular brown sugar. The finished cookies were slightly more cakey than my traditional version and tasted best when warm. They were noticeably less sweet, which I actually enjoyed. Does it beat a classic cookie? No—but if reducing calories in your baked goods is important, this is a great option and works well as a full brown-sugar substitute.

Tastes just as good as brown sugar

As a diabetic, this worked perfectly for this recipe and was just a delicious as using regular brown sugar and didn’t have a gritty texture or make the recipe bake any differently than usual. Took.me by surprise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moving into the holidays, it's important for me to be able to make food the whole family can injoy. This has made it possible for me to make sweets for my family memeder who need to watch sugar intake. However, this has gone above and beyond and exceeded my expectations with the flavor not having a nasty after taste. It does not have a wired or powdery texture. It dissolves into the recipe like the real sugar is supposed to. It even creams in with eggs for the right consistency for the ingredients.
