The cooling sensation was very nice and helped me feel more awake. That being said, I don't know how much value I feel the shimmer aspect of this product brought - though from a distance I felt it made my eyes look more awake, up close I thought it might be a bit odd for me to have shimmer all around my eyes, not just on my lids. My other mild complaint is the packaging - I wish the stick was slightly narrower so it would fit into the various areas of the eye more comfortably. I think better product contact could be achieved with a thinner tube. However, I think the product delivers on its claims and I intend to use it up until it is gone. I think personal preference will determine if you would rather have this shimmer formula or the original clear one.

I do have sensitive skin which could be contributing. I have used several Tula products and love them so I hoped this one was safe but I guess whatever they used to awaken your eyes is not great for me. I dont mind the little shimmer look but my eyes were watering immediately and I had to wipe it off before they got more inflamed. I wish I loved it.

It goes on super cooling, which feels amazing and instantly wakes up tired eyes. The balm has no scent, which I really appreciate for something going so close to my eyes. The packaging is very user-friendly and makes it quick and easy to swipe on whenever I need a pick-me-up. I also like that Tula uses skin-friendly ingredients like caffeine, peptides, and probiotics, which all work together to hydrate and energize the under-eye area. It definitely left my eyes feeling hydrated and looking brighter, which gave me a more awake appearance. The only downside for me was that it did bring out some texture, whether I wore it alone or with makeup.

The product glides on cold, which gives this cooling feel on the eye as it firms the skin. It works with caffeine to brighten the eyes and appear more awake! I love that I can put it on in the morning under my makeup and reapply over the makeup throughout the day if needed. Or apply by itself for a more natural look.

I was very excited to get this product in the mail from influencer. I chose this color with the brightening pink tint. To my pleasant surprise, it was very frightening to go underneath my eyes. I have used this on top of make up and underneath my make up and it does a great job. I like the aspect that it also has a very nice cooling effect underneath the eye so it helps make your eyes feel awake. I would definitely recommend this to anybody
