A: With the Turbie Twist, there is no need for a button to secure the hair towel. The Turbie Twist is designed so that you can securely hold the "tail" of the Turbie Twist by pulling it through the elastic loop.

A: While it might be more difficult than with two hands, you may actually find it helpful to use the Turbie Twist "backwards"... Put the logo at the top of your forehead and let the tail of the Turbie Twist fall around your hair, then twist & tuck though the elastic with one hand. Hope this helps!

A: We always recommend that you wash your Turbie Twist prior to use (Machine Wash Cold. No Bleach. No Fabric Softener.) Not only does this help to increase its absorbency, but it will also help to reduce the lint on the product before it gets to your hair. When washed before use, we have not heard complaints about lint.

This is a great hair towel! The only thing I’d change is the quality of the elastic loop. Mine is only ever hand-washed and hung to dry, but it still came apart and now has loose strings.

Was this mislabeled and meant for infants? I don’t have an unusually large head and I only have shoulder length hair, but this turban barely wraps around and I can’t tuck it in unless my ears are uncovered and half of the hair it was meant to be drying. Don’t waste your money on this if you’re an adult.

I love the turbie twist! Moms had hers for years and has loved them. I was a creature of habit and kept on with the floppy towels. As my hair got less full, towels didn’t stay up anymore. So I decided to try some. Bye bye hair towels. I’m going to take these to the pool for when I need to hurry dry off or warm up. I bet I’ll have women asking what it is. 😉 I’ll be telling them where to get them.

This is my second Turbie Twist Microfiber towel. I used the first one for YEARS before the elastic loop stitched out. My new one is en better than the first. I have curly shoulder length hair and this towel helps my hair dry without causing frizz. I've given Turbie Towels as gifts, too.
