A: Hi Lynn - Thanks for your question! Please see the second image on the listing for the Supplement Facts. This is also on the back of every bottle! The ingredients are: Organic Turmeric Root Powder, Turmeric Root Extract, Organic Ginger Root Extract, Black Pepper Fruit Extract (BioPerine) and Vegetable Capsule (HPMC).

I began taking this to relieve joint pain but it does so much more than that and is incredibly effective. I was on prescription pain killers for 7 years, in an effort to improve my health and remove prescriptions from my life, I began looking to natural supplements. I take this every day and on really bad days, I may take an additional dose or if I'm experiencing nausea this is also my go to. This supplement works, I am never without it and I have been off pain killers for 2 years and I feel so much better!

I have been suffering from joint pain for a year. I was prescribed a medication by my doctor that did not help at all. I'm glad I found this ginger and tumeric capsule. Within the first two weeks of use, I noticed a difference. I noticed a huge improvement in my blood flow after using it. I would recommend this to anyone who is suffering from joint pain.
