Q: can you adjust the microphone volume to be louder for other people

A: Hey there! The headset does not have any sort of built in feature that would allow you to control outbound microphone volume. You'd have to check your in-game or in-console audio settings to see if that was available to you.

well, got these many months ago, but forgot to leave my review. Still under warranty but still, quality of audio was good, only thing was the mic quality. snapped off within less than a month. I reccomend if you don't use a mic that much.

I bought two of them a little more than a year ago and both of them are still working just fine. I bought them for a eight and nine year old. I make my kids put them away in the drawer when they’re not being used.

It worked just fine brand new out of the box but 2 days later the audio started to cut out a lot and it’s not like a 1 second cut out it was on a off constantly. the mic made me sound like i had a slur when i talked but i’ve seen these last longer maybe a few months but look at the packaging before but cause people will return a broke headset and they will put right back on the shelf. just save up enough money to get a bluetooth headset.

Great design, looks good as well as being functional. Sound quality was great, and no issues found so far. Volume switch on the side for easy access, microphone can be moved upwards out of the way which auto-mutes the mic. Great for teenagers and adults, would recommend this product

They sound nearly as good as more expensive gaming headsets that I own. They are very lightweight and comfortable. I had no problem wearing them for a few hours at a time. The mute function works well and is activated by flipping the mic to the up position. Overall, great sound, lightweight and comfortable. I definitely recommend for any gamer on a budget.

It has High quality 40mm speakers for that rich sound and has great lows. The only con I would have is I wish it was wireless. that may be my fault and I ordered the wrong one. But they are great either way.

They have great quality sound and they're pretty comfortable to wear. They look very nice and you can also use them for music. The only thing i wish it was a mute button. You can use this with ps4 an the Nintendo switch. We are very happy with this product.

If it's not his phone, it's the PS4 or the computer and honestly it's normally all 3 at once. My husband saw them and thought those look comfy. Needless to say I have to get another pair now because he refuses to give them back because they are super comfy and the sound quality is PERFECT for listening to his musice and watching you tube videos on his phone
