While Aaron was nice and knew what he was doing, he didn't check his work as thoroughly as needed. As it turns out, he tested the functioning of the tv before he put it on the wall and it was working but now it's not. He didn't test it before he left and I'm kicking myself that I didn't request he do that. When I turn on the tv, all I get is a blinking red light. I set up the old tv on the table in front of the one on wall and I can see he has also not mounted it level. It's crooked. I saw him put a level on the tv and assumed he'd notice if it wasn't correct, but he didn't catch it. I put a level on it myself to check and it's not.. We hired your service to make life easier for ourselves and paid for that peace of mind. I expect someone to come here to fix the issues.
