  • A: No, the TV needs to be installed on the back wall (the back side of a piece of furniture made to mount a 55” TV). Yes, the old TV needs to be dismounted.

    The tech was great. After installing the tv & mount the whole thing came out of the wall and the tv broke.. The tech went and bought me a new tv and better mounting hardware and installed the tv/mount again successfully.

    Appreciate that Phong came to our premises and accommodated our schedule. He ably installed the TV and sound bar mounts and connected our big screen TV and sound bar. The new construction of the premises made it difficult to find the studs for the TV mount but Phong was able to do so. After putting the equipment up, Phong demonstrated how the mount worked and extended in multiple directions. He also showed us how to make adjustments on the mount itself. After the sound bar and sub woofer were connected he also instructed us on there operation and settings. Phong completed the job and picked up after himself.
