Tech Thomson Butcher is so very knowledgeable!!!, so very helpful, plus patient enough to explain how all new technology installed works. We have learned so much from him. He does all in a very relaxed manner, and, we don't feel dumb, when he is explaining how new installations work.

He shhed me once. I was expecting an computer update with new virus update. I am still having issues with my ring cameras. i would like someone else besides Ron to come to my house. T he very day my ring cameras were updated someone broke into my car and the best camera angle did not capture the theft. I would not recommend HellotECH FOR FUTURE SERVICES based on Ron !
